Here are some answers to commonly asked questions regarding Solitaire Plus:

• Is the $19.95 charge a one-time fee?
  Yes, it is a one-time fee. Your registration never expires for the version you have purchased. However, save your name and registration (license) code for future needs as new computers, new hard drives, and new user accounts on XP/Vista require reentry. We do reserve the right to charge for future improvements, but you are entitled to at least one major upgrade for free -- plus GamesForOne has not charged an upgrade fee to existing customers of Solitaire Plus! since the game was first released in 1998.

• What happened to the $10 upgrade offer?
  The special upgrade offer ended on April 15, 2008.

• Can I install the game on more than one computer?
  Yes, subject to certain conditions. Our license is a "household license". This means that you and anyone that resides in your household may use the game on all computers in the household. Members of the household may also use the game on business computers as long as they are the primary user of the computer. All members of the household share the same registration unless each opts to purchase his own.
  
  Note that the method of transferring the installer from computer-to-computer is up to you if you do not elect for the optional CD shipment. You can use a CD you burn yourself or a home network to copy/move the installer.  You may also use the instructions in the answer to Question # 1 on our Help page.

• Is the CD required?
  No, the CD is entirely optional as every customer is provided an electronic download link after a completed order. This optional additional cost for the CD covers our labor required to make the CD and ready it for shipment, the materials, and US Postal Service postage. If you elect to purchase the CD and later wish a refund of your order, please note that we will ask you to return the CD at your cost (79 cents postage for US orders) before a refund will be issued.

• Are we still distributing #1 Free Solitaire or Goodsol Free Solitaire?
  No, we are not. We have made a reasonable attempt to end distribution of the free game and have removed it from our own servers and public download sites, but some 3rd party sites may still offer a mirror download that will expire in 30 days from the install. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we cannot control the content of all 3rd party websites.
